LH type Double Girder Electric Overhead traveling Crane for hoist lifting
LH type double girder electric overhead traveling bridge crane is a type of lifting machine, a machine that moves in a circular, intermittent motion. A working cycle consists of the picking device lifting the object from the picking place, then moving horizontally to a designated place to lower the object, followed by a reverse movement to return the picking device to its original position for the next cycle.
LH type double girder electric overhead traveling bridge crane is composed of two main beams and end beams. The main beam and the end beam are rigidly connected, and the two ends of the end beam are equipped with wheels to support the bridge to run on the elevated. Rails are welded on the main beam for the trolley to run. There are more typical structural types of bridge main beams, such as box structure, four truss structure and hollow truss structure.
Compared with the QD type double-girder bridge crane :
1. The work level of LH type crane is relatively low, between A3 and A4, which is not suitable for heavy workshop work; the work level of QD type crane is relatively high, between A5 and A6, suitable for work in production workshops, warehouses, freight yards, etc. Heavy workshop.
